To register for the medical test please follow these steps:
- Press the book an appointment button
- Choose the country, the city, and the traveling country (the medical center
- will be assigned Automatically as per the city )
- Enter all required information and press submit (please double check all
- dates &info before Submitting)
- Fill in the payment page,
- You Get the slip for the medical exam, please visit the medical center at the earliest to do your medical examination.
You need to carry your original passport, a photocopy of the passport, 4–6 recent passport-size photographs, and the printed appointment slip. A visa copy (if available) is also recommended.
The GAMCA medical fitness report is usually valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
The cost includes two parts — the appointment booking fee (₹1500 through our platform) and the clinic charges, which vary depending on the city and center.
Most medical tests are completed in 1–2 hours, depending on the number of patients. The report is generally available within 1–2 working days.
If you’re marked “Unfit,” your visa process may be halted. In many cases, re-application is allowed after 6 months, depending on the medical reason.
If your slip has not been generated yet, we may be able to correct it. Once the slip is generated, corrections or changes are usually not allowed.
Yes, it is mandatory for employment and long-term visas for all GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
